Our newborn caretakers are trained in day-to-day infant care: proper bathing and umbilical cord care in the early days, feeding support (breast and bottle), burping and colic management, safe sleep practices, and tracking feeding and diaper routines so parents aren't relying on memory during sleep-deprived weeks. Many of our caretakers also support the new mother directly — helping with light postnatal care tasks and simply giving her space to rest and recover.
